Returns Policy

We do our best to offer you the best shopping experience, including a quick and trouble-free return. Please contact us within 30 days after receiving your items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.
1. Please contact us to contact customer service and describe the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
2. Pack your items carefully and ship them from your post office to make sure they arrive safely.
3. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.
4. Once your return has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation email. waxena can not refund, cover or otherwise be liable for any unpaid fees to waxena.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return costs that may be incurred by the refund process.
5. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, it take us 1-2 business days to processed. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refund will be 1-3 working days back to your paypal account which you paid..

Conditions of return

1. Please contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
2. Returned items must be in their original condition (unused) as well as in their original packaging. We do not accept worn, damaged, washed or altered articles in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that have been reshipped directly without prior consultation. Be sure to contact our team before returning.
4.We do not offer a carriage due service for packets sent to us. Shipping charges for returned packages are non-refundable.
